The product
A useful receptionist does more than pick up. It understands why someone called, turns the conversation into information your team can use, then puts it somewhere useful.

Straight answers
Ask it directly and it says so, plainly, the first time: an AI assistant answering for your business, with a real person to call back. It never dodges the question and never claims to be a person. It does not interrupt a caller to announce it either — most people never ask, and the ones who do get a straight answer.
No, and we never touch the number you have. You get a new dedicated number that we run. Divert your existing line to it after hours, divert it all the time, or leave your line alone and advertise the new number instead. No porting, no carrier paperwork, nothing installed on your phone or in your office.
The moment the caller hangs up you get an email with the job written out: name, number, address, what is wrong, how urgent, and a reference number. The full transcript and the recording are in your console. SMS delivery and field-service integrations are planned, and are not presented as available today.
No — and that is deliberate, not missing. It takes the job and commits to a callback, which is the one promise we can keep on your behalf. It cannot see your diary, so it never offers a time; it never quotes a price, not even a ballpark; and it never says anyone is on the way. Those are yours to say.
Every call is recorded and transcribed — that is how you get to read what was said rather than take our word for it. Ninety days later the enquiry, the transcript and the recording are deleted together by a job that runs every night. Ask us to delete one sooner and we will.
It says so instead of guessing. It only ever claims the services on your own website; anything outside them gets an honest “I don’t want to give you the wrong information” and a callback booked with your name against it. Off-topic questions get a polite refusal and a steer back to the job.
Not today. It is a receptionist, not a switchboard — it answers, works out how urgent the job is and writes it down, and an emergency reaches you as a structured email rather than as a ringing phone. If a live transfer is the thing you need, tell us when you get in touch; we would rather say no now than sell you the wrong thing.
No. Every enquiry is stored against your business and every screen in your console is filtered to it, in the database query itself rather than in the page. We run a check that proves one business cannot read another’s enquiries, and a release that fails it does not ship.
Yes, and it is in the monthly price. New services, new suburbs, a different way of putting something, a new safety instruction — you tell us, we change it and re-test it against your trade’s worst calls before it answers anybody again.
Something not answered here? Ask us — or read what the price includes and what we do not do.
